Happy 2009! May all of my frenz and family be blessed with wealth, healthy. Always always be happy!
After soooo long, since the last update. Now im back to tell stories again.. ^_^
Summary of 2008:
Overall, is quite a memorable year for me really. Many 1st experiences happen in this year.
1st time go disco (St James-Dragonfly), drink hard liquor (Chivas, shots)
1st time went overseas with a grp of colleagues cum Best frenz (DW) Genting.
1st time went Mount faber, 1st time take cable car, 1st time experience dangerous car rides. (With Richie, Wencong, Qiwei, sis)
1st time celebrate countdown. (Christmas and New Year, with DW pple)
1st time cry infront of pple. so malu :~x
1st time dance, 1st time sing in front of public. (Yanzi song- 逃亡）
1st time went on stage for promotion ceremony.
1st time stand in front of a group of pple introducing myself.
1st time gif fren gift, thy gandong until cry.
At the moments can only think of these fews nia, will update if there is anymore.... (^_-)
Well, many of the 1st experience, i can say is when i joined this company called DW Group.
Dealing with bio-magnetic stuffs. Bracelets, bedpad, pillow...
Over here, i learnt really alot alot. Joined on 13 Oct 2007.
Tat is also the time this name JANICE was born. Coz before tat, when i came out to work, i never think of having a chrisitian name, pple just called me xiuping. But as time goes by, i find tat is quite hard for customers to remember and pronounce my chinese name( work in retail front line, mus serve customers. Got ang-moh, malay, indian, etc...)
At tat time i dun wan to change coz colleagues(work in DIY Store- 4yrs) all used to my chinese name le, so if suddenly ask them call my chrisitan name, abit weird, i also find it funny also. So... at tat time, i was thinking of a christine name, in case if one day i quit, i can use tat name liao....
At oct'07, this ger called me, ask me interested in sales n marketing? i was like, wow, gd leh, sales sales sales. i like sales alot. so i jus went down for interview. I remembered when she saw me and say my name, i wanted to laugh out, coz i not used to pple calling me Janice sia, lols... i very scare whn she called me again, i will forget to ans her, den paiseh, scare she will think im rude.. haha
So blur blur, anything anything, i joined this company.
Doing...... Sales and marketing (direct selling) Very diffferent from my previous diy job.
Need to approach, find pple, market products to them. Quite challenging.
Im a very stubborn person. I seldom wanted to follow their way. Do presentation to them, follow their methods, etc... Hmm... Thy are really nice pple. Especially my direct (sales manager) and her shifu (director).
Of coz, thy got their strict side also, but at tat time im those type who hack care, as long as the end results is the same, i dun feel the need to follow their way of selling/ doing. (can say i very haolian bah...) Thy are very nice and let me do my own ways..
Heng la, i got close sales.. Although not much, but at least there is something...
Over time, both of them trusted and support me alot in everything.. Although in the end, till now, i still have not fully fulfil my part as a downline, thy still treat me like one family.
Till now and for the future, whether im still in the company anot, i will never forget and will always keep in contact with the both of them.. Being thru many ups n downs in the process, other than my family, thy are the ones who helped me, support me, teach me...
I noe my whole blog is talking abt DW pple, my dage n dajie, etc... But overall summerise of 2008, my greatest impression in my memory is the process from the day i joined till now. I learnt alot from this company, all the colleagues and find some best friends here..
Each year, each day, time passes, pple grow, pple learnt, pple waste, pple win, pple lose....
Most imptly is to learnt from the past, cherish the present, jia you for the future.
No matter is career, family or frenz... All is impt...
Don't cry over spill milks. Life still goes on. ^_^
